Privacy

We ask for no account, no email and no KYC - there is very little about you for us to know. Below is everything we do keep.

What a swap leaves behind

A record of the swap: which assets and amounts, the destination address you entered, the refund address if the protocol asked for one, which protocol executed it, and the time of every step. We keep it to answer questions about the swap afterwards - yours and ours. These are blockchain addresses, not names. We do not link them to a person, and we have nothing to link them with.

If you write to support

Support works through a Telegram bot. We keep the conversation and the identifier of your chat with the bot, so that a ticket can be answered and found again. Telegram sees that conversation too - that is their service, not ours.

If you send a cash request

We keep what you filled in: direction, amount, currency, method, city and your note. It is kept so that the partnership can be measured at all - otherwise the exchange names a number and there is nothing to check it against. The conversation itself happens in their chat, and we do not see it.

What the server writes down

The web server keeps ordinary access logs: IP address, time, the address requested and the browser's own description of itself. That is how any site works, and it is how we notice that something is broken.

What we do not do

No third-party analytics, no advertising scripts, no trackers. The only cookie the site sets is the one remembering your language. Connecting a wallet is optional and exists to save you from mistyping an address. We do not read your balances or your history, and we never ask for a seed phrase or a private key - nobody who needs them is honest.

What we cannot undo

A swap that happened is in the blockchain, and that is public and permanent. Nothing on this page changes that, and no service can.
